Shipping, delivery and return policy

Shipping:

All orders through the website will only be sent within Europe within 2 or 3 working days. For shipments outside of Europe, orders can be placed on Amazon.
The shipping company that handles the orders of Tracy Appiah is PostNL.
After the shipment of your order, you will be provided with a tracking number to follow its journey.
If the items are out of stock after the placement of your order, we will contact you through email.

The shipping costs in The Netherlands are included in the items. The shipping costs within The Netherlands are €4,10 and for the other countries in Europe €12,99.

Delivery:

The deliveries through PostNL are on working days between 9 am and 10 pm CET.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide the exact time your order will be delivered.

Returns:

You can return your items within 14 days. Make sure to contact us beforehand using our email info@tracyappiah.com or our contact form.
For returns in The Netherlands, you can use the shipping company PostNL.

For returns in other countries in Europe, you can use the shipping company DHL.
